Our International Award-winning cheese has been handmade and is typically pierced and matured for nine weeks. The result is a unique tangy and creamy blue Stilton. Our Stilton is wonderful with celery, pears and other fruits. It is also a gourmet treat to cook with meats and sauces or accompany a bottle of port or red wine.
